Alpha Sky has been added to the 83bis Agreement between Kazakhstan & Aruba

The Registry of Aruba announced recently that Alpha Sky has been added to the 83bis Agreement between Kazakhstan & Aruba. This important development strengthens the international cooperation between the Civil Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan and the Department of Civil Aviation of Aruba. It marks a landmark in the longstanding relationships between both states.

Article 83 bis of the International Civil Aviation Organization Agreement allows for efficient cooperation among aviation authorities. This agreement allows the transfer of certain functions and duties from the State of Registry into the State of the Operator. This agreement clarifies safety responsibilities and simplifies procedures to improve aviation safety. Alpha Sky’s commitment to maintaining the highest standards of aviation operations is demonstrated by its signing the agreement.

Aruba has been working with Kazakhstan for over 20 years. The first 83 bis agreement was signed in 2002. Many Kazakh operators have benefited from the agreement since then. AlphaSky will benefit from the simplified regulatory procedures and the enhanced operational flexibility since it is a new participant in the 83bis agreement. This collaboration is not only beneficial to the aviation industry but also encourages economic growth between Aruba and Kazakhstan and strengthens diplomatic relations.
