Is there a Register of Aircrafts in Aruba?

There are three (3) public registers in Aruba which govern the registration of aircraft and the recording of proprietary interests in these assets. These registries, which have entirely different functions, are:(i) The Aruba Aircraft Registry (“AAR”), in which aircraft are registered as to nationality; (ii) The Aruba Aircraft Title Record (“AATR”) of Aruba, a public register, in which all proprietary rights in registered aircraft may be recorded; and (iii) The International Registry (“IR”) located in Ireland, in which the relevant Cape Town Convention fillings are made.Image
