On 27 January 2010 the Tax Information Exchange Agreements (TIEA) between the Kingdom of the Netherlands, in respect of the Netherlands Antilles and Aruba respectively, and Spain will enter into force.The Agreement between the Kingdom of the Netherlands and Spain, in respect of the Netherlands Antilles, was concluded on 10 June 2008. The Agreement in respect of Aruba was signed on 24 November 2008.
